Karan Malik is a legal professional with 5 years of experience, currently serving as a Partner at the firm. With a robust litigation background, he has represented a diverse clientele and regularly appears before High Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration Panels across India, handling matters ranging from contractual breaches to regulatory enforcement actions. He is known for a strategic, detail-oriented approach to contentious matters, and has successfully led high- stakes litigation, inter-alia, involving Real Estate disputes, Consumer Disputes, recovery matter.

In addition, he has extensive experience in Real Estate advisories including, property due diligence report, title verification, permits, approvals, contract review amongst other legal compliance including RERA laws and other state specific legislations.
