Dhruv Bhalla is a partner in the firm. He holds a degree in BBA LLB and an LLM from recognized universities. He has been practising for 5 years in various District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and Forums, and before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

He brings extensive experience across a wide spectrum of legal domains, including civil,commercial, criminal, matrimonial matters, and arbitration. Over the years, he has handled high-profile litigation before the Hon’ble High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. From advising and resolving disputes involving MSMEs and startups to managing high-stakes construction, real estate arbitrations, and insolvency proceedings, his depth of knowledge in civil and commercial law has earned the trust of both individual and corporate clients. This wealth of experience continues to strengthen client confidence in the firm’s ability to deliver results with integrity and precision.

Dhruv Bhalla regularly represents clients in criminal matters, handling both prosecution and defence across various District Courts, High Courts, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

His criminal law practice includes a wide range of cases, including white-collar crime, quashing petitions, cheque bounce cases, and bail matters. He is also experienced in initiating criminal complaints and overseeing investigations on behalf of both individuals and corporate clients. Known for his strategic approach, he provides strong and effective representation in complex criminal defence cases.
