Abhishek Jain is a Partner at the Firm. He holds a degree in B.B.A. – LL.B and LL.M from well recognised universities in India. He joined the Bar in the year 2020 and has around 5 years of diverse experience in the general practice of litigation and advisory.

He has rich, varied and extensive experience in diverse litigation matters at various Courts and Tribunals across the country such as the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and High Courts of other States, Real Estate Regulatory Authority & Real Estate Appellate Tribunal of several states, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal & Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Electricity Commissions (State and Central), Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, etc.

He handles complex civil, corporate, commercial disputes including various arbitration disputes relating to EPC Contracts, Construction contracts, road projects, collaboration agreement, loan agreements. He has successfully represented various Indian and foreign companies across business sectors as well as NHAI in their contentious and high-stake matters before various judicial forums.

His expertise also includes Indirect Tax related matter and he has successfully advised clients in various sectors including e-commerce, information technology, telecom, construction and real estate, tour and travel, hospitality, oil and gas, liquor, EPC, power, etc., on issues such as related party transactions, valuation, works contract, slump sales, classification, tax collection at source requirement for e-commerce entities, etc.
